Payment & Delivery
- Your credit card or membership account is used to hold reservation(s).
- NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card or account in advance for spa services.
- You will pay for services on-site and in person after the service is completed. Please present your credit card at check out time.
- If you are scheduling a service for a gift please call the spa to provide credit card information over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
- There is a 24-hour Spa cancellation policy apply.
- If purchasing retail or gift certificates online, the total cost of your order will be charged to your credit card immediately.
- Retail Products are shipped within the USA. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Gift Certificates will be emailed immediately after purchase or are available for download from your online account.
